How to Book a Glassblowing Experience
1. Using the menu button (3 stacked horizontal lines) on the far right-hand side, ensure the LOCATION is set to “Tacoma Glassblowing Studio.”
2. Select the service type:
- Glassblowing Experience
- Lighted Globe (Groupon)
- Specialty Experience
- Create Now & Sip Later
- Other services
3. Choose the number of participants.
4. Select your preferred date and time – blue slots are available.
5. Plan to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. For example, a 9:00am appointment requires an 8:30am arrival. All services are one-on-one.
6. Enter your appointment details and secure your booking with a card.
7. To confirm your appointment, read and agree to the cancellation policy, then select “Book appointment.”
To book an appointment, you need to provide a card number, but there is no charge at the time of booking. Payment is due at the time of service, and you can pay with a Gift Card/Certificate, Groupon Voucher, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, or Cash. You can pay individually or together, and you can use a different card than the one you booked with. You can tip your glassblower with a card or cash if you receive great service.

- Payment is due at the time of service – THERE IS NO CHARGE AT BOOKING.
- So whether you have a gift card or Groupon, or would like to pay with a different card or with cash, a card number is required in order to book.

Due to the extreme heat, we will only offer appointments during the hours where the hotshop is least affected by the heat.
