6 Week Classes -Beginning Glassblowing

Six week classes will be $600
Includes a Beginning Glassblowing Book.
This six week class is aimed to teach the students how to work
independently with the glass. Beginning glassblowing requires no previous
experience and introduces the student to the basics of blowing glass.
The student will learn simple techniques to make basic forms including:
paperweights, ornaments, cups, bowls, plates and vases.
Classes are four hours each that meet once a week.
All tools, supplies and color are included.

2009 Beginning Classes:
 ONLY 1 spot OPEN Session 5  July 7th- August 11th  Tues Nights 6-10pm
 4 spots Open Session 6 Sept 1st- October 6th  Tues Nights 6-10pm
Session 7  October 27th- December 1st Tues Nights 6-10pm

The Glassblowing Experience

Our instructors will help you experience the magic of hot glass!
 *Currently Saturday and Sunday by appointment*

 This hands-on session allows you to pick and apply colors,
 twist and turn them if you want,
then blow or shape them into a unique and
beautiful float or paperweight
created and designed by YOU. 
No experience necessary.
It is possible to walk in if there is an opening,
but we suggest you call ahead to reserve your spot.
Your float or paperweight will be ready to be picked up
after noon the next day. 
For out of town guest shipping is available.
Groups are welcome.  Ages 8+
This session is a one on one with a skilled glassblower.
30-40 minutes per person.
$65 + tax.
